Sign-up asks for four things: your business name, your email, a password of ten characters or more, and your Australian mobile number.
Press Text me a code. A six-digit code arrives on the mobile. Type it in and the Create account button appears. The code proves the number is yours; it is also the number printed on your customers' quote pages as the one to call, so use the one you answer.
Free has one extra step: a box, unticked, with the marketing consent sentence next to it. Free is not available without the tick. Starter and Crew do not show the box; after Create account they go to a card payment page instead, and the dashboard opens once the payment is set up.
A welcome email follows, carrying a link to a page with a Confirm my email button. Press it while you are logged in. Until you do, replies to your quotes cannot reach you and the accept page only offers your mobile for questions.
The business name is what your customers see on every quote and in every email, so write it the way it appears on your ute.
Did this answer it? If not, write to us and a person replies within one business day.
