Open Price list in the side navigation. The form at the top has three fields.
Item is what the customer reads on the quote line, so write it plainly: Call-out fee, Labour, Double power point supply and fit. Price is in dollars and cents, no dollar sign needed. Unit is a word that says what the price is per: each, hour, metre, square metre, day. If you leave it blank it is each.
Press Add. The item appears in the table below, sorted by name, with Remove at the end of its row.
There is no edit button. To change a price, remove the item and add it again. Quotes you have already built keep the price each line had when you saved them.
Start with ten to twenty items: your call-out fee, your hourly rate, and the jobs you can price without looking. Leave one-off materials for typed-in lines on the quote itself.
Quote Desk adds no GST. If you are registered, put GST-inclusive prices on the list and say so in the note on each quote.
The list has no limit on any plan, including Free.
