Crew accounts can take enquiries from a form on their own website. The form collects a name, an email, a phone number and a message, and posts them to Quote Desk with your account code, the same code that appears in your enquiry forwarding address. The enquiry lands on your Enquiries page like any other, with a Quote this button.
The form is plain HTML, so it works on any website where you or your web person can add a form. It includes a hidden field that catches most automated submissions, and one internet address can post at most sixty times an hour. The message is limited to five thousand characters.
The form only works for an account on Crew. If the account is on Free or Starter, a post from the form is refused and nothing is saved. If a Crew account has lapsed, posts are refused until a plan is chosen again.
To get the form code for your site, email hello@talkofthetrade.com.au from the address on your account and we will send it with your code filled in. A reply comes back within one business day, Melbourne time.
Enquiries from the form count toward your monthly enquiries, which on Crew are unlimited.
