The Quotes page groups your quotes under four headings.
Drafts are quotes you have saved and not sent. A draft has no working link and does not count against your monthly quotes. Open it to read it and press Send to customer. A draft cannot be edited; if it is wrong, build another.
Waiting on the customer are quotes that have been sent. Each shows the date it went. Open one to see how many follow-ups are scheduled, or on Starter and Crew to press Follow up automatically.
Won are quotes the customer accepted on the link. The quote's page shows accepted and the date.
Lost are quotes the customer declined. The page shows declined, the date, and the reason if they typed one.
A quote moves from Drafts to Waiting on the customer when you press Send. It moves to Won or Lost when the customer presses a button on their phone. Nothing moves a quote back, and there is no button for you to mark a quote won or lost yourself; the customer's press is the record.
The page shows your two hundred most recent quotes. Each row is the customer's name, the total, and the date.
