What gets in the way for fire protection contractors

The note says the price includes GST; the service is done in opening hours with the owner's access; anything that fails on the day is listed and quoted before it is replaced; the replacement shown is for the extinguisher past its service life. Total $512. Sent from the counter. The owner accepts before the next coffee goes out.
A strata manager asks for a service round across a block of twelve units. The quote goes to the manager, who forwards it to the committee. One committee member opens the link and accepts it after the second reminder.
